We are very excited about the 2008-2009 school year which is just around the corner!  We have a summer program starting August 4th and going through August 22nd.  This program will work with a portion of our students on improving their skills in reading and math skills.

On May 10th, Mr. Johnson started to have lunch with the winners of the Enchanted contest.  The students had to come up with what movies were alluded to in the song "How Will I Know" from Enchanted.

On March 12th, Lanigan elementary held a READING NIGHT.  The parents, students and staff all enjoyed Book Bingo, Writing Words in Shaving Cream, Madlibs and Fishing for Words.

The Week of March 3rd, several students won Mr. Johnson's Math Questions Contest.  For this, they got to eat lunch with a friend and Mr. Johnson on March 3rd.
