| Students new to the Fulton School District must be registered at the Central Registration Office. We no longer register students at the individual schools. All students transferring to Volney School, even if coming from another school in Fulton, must be registered at the Central Registrar's Office, located in the Fulton Education Center at 167 South Fourth Street.
Central Registration hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the summer, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the school year.
Parents need to bring the following necessary items with them:
*Original Birth Certificate
*Proof of Residency
*Immunization Records
*Records from previous school if you have them
*Custody Papers if applicable.
Forms used in the registration process can be found on the District's website home page under "Student Registration". Parents are welcome to print these materials and complete them prior to going to the Central Registrar's Office.
