The Contract for Excellence is a New York State required program for certain school districts that have schools that have not met the NYS Accountability Requirements for the performance of specific groups of students on NYS Assessments. 2. the services and programs the funds support,
3. the schools and grade levels the funds support,
4. the instructional areas the funds the support,
5. any other aspect of the district plan and spending of “Contract” funds.
